Cancellation & Return Policy

At House of Aetheria, we value transparency and customer satisfaction while ensuring hygiene and safety standards for beauty products.

This policy is in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law and Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism (DET) guidelines.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Beauty Products)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty products once delivered, unless:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item shipped)

3. Eligibility for Return (Valid Cases Only)

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Clear photos or videos are shared showing the issue.
  • The issue is verified by our quality control team.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used beauty products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Items purchased during sale, promotions, or clearance.
  • Free gifts or complimentary items

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Email us at thehouseofaetheria@gmail.com within 24 hours.
  • Share your order number and unboxing photos/videos
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable
